Subject property and structure(s) will need to be in compliance per adopted city codes and ordinances within 90 days. Structure(s) may need to be demolished but could possibly be rehabbed or remodeled. In either case owner must obtain all necessary permits with the City of Levelland to either demolish or rehab/remodel the structure(s).
