A few conditions being required:

PROPERTIES WITH STRUCTURE(S)
Subject property and structure(s) will need to be in compliance per adopted city codes and ordinances within 90 days. Structure(s) may need to be demolished but could possibly be rehabbed or remodeled. In either case owner must obtain all necessary permits with the City of Levelland to either demolish or rehab/remodel the structure(s). In the case of a rehab/remodel owner must bring all structure(s) up to current code as adopted by the City of Levelland and must comply with any city ordinance that may apply. Items that will need to be brought up to code and in compliance with city ordinance include but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structure, foundation, windows, siding, roof, insulation, light, ventilation, and fire safety, etc. Other Items that will need to be in compliance include but are not limited to keeping the property safe, clean, and free from any public nuisance, health, fire, or safety violations such as high weeds, junk, waste material, junk vehicles, dilapidated or dangerous fence, unsecure
structures & storm shelters, etc.

VACANT LOTS
Subject property will need to be in compliance per adopted city codes and ordinances within 90 days. Items that will need to be in compliance include but are not limited to keeping the property safe, clean, and free from any public nuisance, health, fire, or safety violations such as high weeds, junk, waste material, junk vehicles, dilapidated or dangerous fence, unsecure structures & storm shelters, etc.

Upon taking ownership of the subject property, the new owner must immediately contact the City of
Levelland Inspections Department to discuss existing violations in detail and what will be necessary to bring subject property into compliance.
