Beginning January 1st 2023, our deed preparation fee will be increasing to $100.00.

This is due to the increase in volume and demand for resources needed to prepare, distribute, and collect the necessary paperwork for each Tax Deed.

For any property that closes from the 1st of January onward, we will be requesting payment of a $100.00 deed fee + the county clerk recording fee ($varies) + your bid amount.
