Notice is hereby given that the City of Petersburg will be accepting sealed bids to purchase the land or offers to exchange the land in the City of Petersburg. The Petersburg City Council has approved the sale or exchange of the below listed property. Sealed bids may be submitted online at www.texascg.com or by paper at City Hall, 1524 Main Street, Petersburg, TX 79250. Sealed bids with future plans will be accepted starting on March 15, 2024 through on March 30, 2024 at 5pm. All bids will be opened on April 9, 2024 and the winning bid will be notified by telephone.
